Instructions
  1. 1Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. 2In a pan, sauté pancetta with olive oil until crispy. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute.
  3. 3In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. 4Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with pancetta. Remove the pan from heat.
  5. 5Quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture, tossing until the spaghetti is well coated. Add black pepper to taste.
